Rajgarh Connect may collect account information, optional mobile OTP login details, business registration details, contact details, and usage data needed to operate the platform and maintain business listings.

Business listing data

Business listings can include business name, category, area, address, hours, contact number, WhatsApp number, description, and showcase items shared by the business owner or admin.

Contact forms

If you send a contact request, we may store the details you provide so we can respond and keep a record of support requests.

Analytics and cookies

The platform may use basic analytics and browser storage required for login, session handling, and product improvement. We do not rely on third-party tracking for advertising.

Data usage

Data is used to display listings, support account access, process business approvals, improve search quality, and provide customer support.

Account deletion requests

Users can submit a reviewed account deletion request at /delete-account. Requests are normally processed within 7 days and may require identity or security review before completion.

When a request is completed, personal profile data is deleted or anonymized where applicable. Some records may still be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security review, or audit purposes.

Business listings and retention

Public business listings are handled separately from account records. Approved listings are not automatically removed during account deletion unless a business removal request is also submitted, and such listings are archived rather than immediately hard-deleted.

Third-party services

Rajgarh Connect may depend on hosting, authentication, or database providers to run the service. Those providers only receive data necessary to operate the platform.

User rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable. Business owners can also request updates to their business listing information and may request listing archival together with account deletion where supported.
